Moving On

It's 3am and I'm closing the door to what once was and could have been. Much respect to Miles Bonny and my man Nathan McCoy. This was originally part of the album I started and scrapped, so I'm giving it to you all. I'm in a very different place now, and truth be told, if I don't put this out now it will never see the light of day. There's more where this came from, but for the time being, here it is. Miles Bonny on trumpet & vocals, Nate "Rivel" McCoy on bass and me on everything else. This is probably the last time you'll hear this sound from me for a while.

To be continued...

whatever musical directions you take, people are gonna listen cause you make quality music...your records do stand out amongst a sea of vinyl....i'm always armed with my dj day records (they never leave the crate) ready to drop on the unsuspecting heads....

thanks for postin up that little "making of" video clip awhile back....i was studying that cause i wanted to trainspot your equipment and checkin what program you were usin....definitely fresh how you chopped up the drums and reworked the patterns....you and Exile make it look so damn easy (but it's really not like anything else)...

i'ma mail you and yosaku some cd's real soon (been lagging) that i think you guys would enjoy....i'll get on the mp3 tip to share stuff at some point but too busy hunting down records...i can't find that tame impala 7" and it's pissin me off....they're all out at the modular website....let me know if you wouldn't mind sending an .wav(preferred) or 320 from the vinyl to hold me over...

take care man, and we'll be pickin up whatever records you make next....paz.....Le Kikko

sweet track, day. nate sounds great as always and i'm gonna have to track down some more of miles' stuff--the boy has serious pipes. "a place to go to" gets many spins here in barcelona--expect the same with this track.
